Modified Glasgow Coma Scale for infants/young children who can't follow verbal commands. Same 3-15 range. Verbal and motor responses adapted for age.

Use Pediatric GCS for children <2 years or non-verbal. Children 5+ who can follow commands can use Adult GCS.

Verbal: Coos/babbles (5) vs Oriented (5). Eye: Same as adult. Motor: Normal movements (6) vs Obeys commands (6).
