Understanding Lean Body Mass

Lean Body Mass (LBM) is everything in your body except fat: muscles, bones, organs, and water. Higher LBM typically indicates better metabolic health and athletic performance.

Ideal LBM %

Men: 75-85% LBM. Women: 68-78% LBM. Athletes may have higher values.
