Water needs vary based on body size, activity, and environment. We use a base calculation of 33ml per kg of body weight, then adjust for lifestyle factors.

The Formula

Base = Weight (kg) × 33ml

Adjusted = Base × Activity × Climate

Activity: 1.0 - 1.5×

Climate: 0.95 - 1.2×
