How It Works
For each day, the calculator subtracts the start time from the end time, then removes the break duration. Negative totals (e.g., night shifts) are handled by adding 24 hours. All daily net hours are then summed for the weekly total.
Formula
Net Hours = (End − Start) − Break
Total Hours = Σ Daily Net Hours
Total Pay = Total Hours × Rate
