How It Works

A RACI matrix clarifies who does what on a project. Add your team members (with optional roles) and tasks (with optional descriptions), then click cells to assign roles. The tool validates that each task has exactly one Accountable person and at least one Responsible person.

Drag the grip handles to reorder members and tasks. Use the Transpose button to swap rows and columns for an alternative view. Export as CSV or JSON to share.

RACI Rules

One A per task:Exactly one person should be Accountable for each task

At least one R:Every task needs at least one Responsible person

A ≠ R (ideally):The Accountable person ideally delegates work to Responsible

Minimize C & I:Too many Consulted/Informed can slow decisions
