How It Works
Add team members with their weekly capacity (default 40 hours). Create tasks with estimated hours, assign them to team members, and set priority levels.
The utilization chart shows each member's workload as a color-coded bar: green for healthy, yellow for near capacity, and red for overloaded. Use this to rebalance work across the team.

Normal50–80%
Warning80–100%
