How It Works

We extrapolate the roof area from the flat footprint using a pitch multiplier.

Flat Area = (L + Overhangs) × (W + Overhangs)

Multiplier = √(12² + Pitch²) ÷ 12

Roof Area = Flat Area × Multiplier
